Brooki is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team at Brooki Bakehouse. Brooki Bakehouse is a fast-growing, bakery brand that started in Australia and has quickly gained international attention known for chunky cookies, brownies, and cakes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring pleasant dining experience, and supporting daily restaurant operations.
Role Purpose:
We are seeking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally
Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
Process bills and handle payments accurately
Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Basic math skills for billing and payments
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
