Since 2017, Arada has grown from a first community in Sharjah into one of the region’s most ambitious developers — building across property, hospitality, retail, education, wellness and industry. Through the Arada Foundation, giving back is built into how we grow. Our Home for a Home programme builds a home for a refugee family for every home sold during Ramadan — 740 homes built so far across Kenya, Syria and Chad, and clean water for 42,000 people. Add LEED Gold and WELL-certified developments, on-site solar and a plastic-free head office, and doing well and doing good stop being separate goals.
