Joining Arada means becoming part of a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering excellence across every aspect of our business.
Role Purpose:
The Senior Brand Manager owns a portfolio of Arada Group brands, from strategy through to launch. Working with the Group Head of Brand, the role defines what each brand stands for and says, turns business objectives into clear propositions and launch plans, and briefs the channel teams so every touchpoint tells one story.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate Connected Life into clear positioning and reasons to believe and lead brand strategy for new and existing brands, from consumer insight to brand platform.
Apply the Masterbrand identity and architecture rules to the brands in scope, keep brand books and guidelines current.
Understand the business objectives and the offer, define audiences and their needs, and build the proposition and messaging hierarchy for every campaign.
Own the go to market plan for new products or initiatives from pre-launch through to sustain.
Lead integrated 360 campaigns from brief to launch, so digital, social, media, events, sales centers and on-site activation carry one consistent story.
Brief creative, performance, media, web, social and spatial teams with clear objectives, messaging and KPIs, and partner with them through delivery.
Turn the messaging into tools that help teams sell, such as brochures, broker toolkits and sales center content, and brief sales teams on the story.
Brief CRM, loyalty and community engagement journeys for residents, guests and members, beyond acquisition.
Plan the marketing calendar and manage the budget for the brands in scope, agree allocation with the performance team and track spend against results.
Keep track of the category and competitors and bring customer feedback from sales and operators into every brief.
Track brand health and equity, read campaign results through channel KPIs, and run post campaign reviews so each brief improves on the last.
Evaluate sponsorships, joint branding and lifestyle partnerships against brand fit criteria, oversee their delivery and measure their brand return.
Train business unit teams, operators and frontline staff on the brand
Work closely with business unit leadership, development, sales and operators, and lead external agencies across brand projects.
Experience and Qualifications:
8 to 12 years in brand management and marketing, ideally at a multinational brand owner, a leading agency or a developer.
Experience in one or more of real estate development, hospitality, health and fitness, or lifestyle brands, ideally in the GCC; exposure to more than one is a strong plus.
A track record across the full marketing mix: brand strategy, launches and integrated 360 campaigns.
Hands on experience planning launches, working closely with sales teams and managing marketing budgets.
Sharp briefing skills and proven experience getting the best out of creative, media and digital agencies and channel teams.
Working knowledge of performance and digital marketing, social, CRM and on-site activation.
Comfortable with data: brand health tracking, consumer research, competitor analysis and campaign KPIs.
Experience with multi brand portfolios, brand architecture, partnerships or international markets is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field; Arabic is an advantage.
