People Analytics & AI Manager
About us
At Arada, we create communities that inspire healthier, happier and more meaningful lives. Through innovative developments, exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to sustainability, we are shaping places where people can live, work and thrive.
Joining Arada means becoming part of a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering excellence across every aspect of our business.
Role Purpose:
The People Analytics & AI Manager owns Arada's people data strategy, governance and use. The role builds the data foundation for People Experience, turns it into actionable reporting and insight, and leads practical AI adoption across the function. Reporting to the HR Systems and Innovation Lead, the role defines the Group people data model, ensures data quality across entities and geographies, and designs the reporting layer. It also identifies AI use cases, develops and tests workflows, tools and MVPs, and proves value before scale-up.
The role combines strategic and hands-on work at the intersection of HR, data and AI, supporting Arada's Group HR transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the Group people data model: employee, organization and job definitions, master data structures, and the data dictionary that every report, integration and workflow depends on.
Hold accountability for people data quality through clear rules, active monitoring, structured remediation, and the authority to challenge changes that would break a definition.
Build and maintain the PX reporting layer: an operational reporting catalogue for PX teams and an executive layer and KPIs leaders can act on
Turn data into insight. Analyze workforce composition, cost, movement, attrition, productivity and experience, and translate the findings into recommendations that PX and business leaders can use.
Own the people data, AI extension and data integration workstream of Arada's Group HRIS: data model design, migration mapping, integration design, and reporting readiness, working alongside the PX and IT teams and the implementation partners
Champion and build AI across People Experience. Identify the use cases, design and prototype AI workflows, agents, artifacts and MVPs, test them with real users, and demonstrate measurable value before scaling.
Work with the Group AI, Data and IT teams to move proven prototypes into productive solutions and set the standards for how PX adopts AI responsibly and consistently.
Drive data and AI literacy across the PX function, so teams can interpret their own data, self-serve the answers they need, and use AI tools confidently in everyday work.
Ensure people data is managed in line with privacy, security protocols, confidentiality and local regulatory requirements across every jurisdiction in which Arada operates.
What you'll bring:
Skill, Knowledge & Experience
Experience Required:
Minimum 8 years of experience in people analytics, HR data, HR technology or a closely related analytics function, including time spent in a multi-entity or multi-country organization.
Proven ownership of an HR data model and its definitions: master data structures, data governance, and data quality frameworks that hold up across systems and jurisdictions.
Strong analytical craft. Fluency in SQL and in at least one analysis language or toolset such as Python or R, together with modern BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and the ability to build a reporting layer rather than only consume one.
Genuine HR fluency. Able to hold a credible conversation with business partners, rewards, talent acquisition and operations about what the numbers mean for the employee lifecycle
Strong AI literacy supported by a demonstrable build record: AI workflows, agents, artifacts or MVPs personally designed and delivered, rather than just tools used. Candidates should expect to walk through what they built, how they built it, and what changed as a result.
Working knowledge of major HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or Darwinbox, including their data structures, integration models and reporting architecture.
Experience supporting or delivering an HRIS implementation or migration, with direct involvement in data modelling, mapping or validation.
Comfortable with data lakes, integration frameworks and APIs, and able to translate a business question into a technical requirement and back again.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, information systems, business or human resources discipline; relevant analytics, data or AI certification is a plus.
Success Measures:
A Group people data model and data dictionary defined, published and adopted across entities as the single reference for reporting and integration.
People data accuracy maintained at agreed levels, with one trusted source available to support reporting and business decision-making.
An operational reporting catalogue and executive reporting suite live, used regularly, and replacing manually assembled reporting.
AI use cases moved from design, to prototype, to production with measured adoption and demonstrable gains in time, quality or decision speed.
Data and AI literacy visibly growing across PX, evidenced by self-service usage and a fall in ad hoc reporting requests.
Using GenAI in Your Application Process
To support a fair and consistent experience for all candidates, we ask that assessments and interviews are completed independently and without assistance from generative AI tools. This ensures we understand your strengths, your thinking, and how you approach real situations.
