Arada | Talent Acquisition Trainee
About us
At Arada, we create communities that inspire healthier, happier and more meaningful lives. Through innovative developments, exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to sustainability, we are shaping places where people can live, work and thrive.
Joining Arada means becoming part of a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering excellence across every aspect of our business.
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a curious, energetic Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six-month programme. Behind every hotel, restaurant and wellness space we run is a great team, and this role will learn, on the job, how to find those people and grow into a Talent Acquisition Partner.
You’ll support recruitment for our Hospitality, F&B and Wellness businesses. That means everything from frontline and high-volume hiring to specialist and management roles. You’ll start by shadowing an experienced TA Partner, who will mentor you, and take on more ownership each month. By the end, you’ll be managing your own portfolio of roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Join hiring manager briefings to understand each role, the team and what a strong hire looks like, and lead briefings as you progress.
Support the full recruitment process: advertising, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation and hand-over to onboarding.
Run screening calls and, with training, competency-based interviews, and share clear, evidence-based assessments with hiring managers.
Help plan and run assessment days and open days for high-volume frontline hiring.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools and networking events, and help build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Be the first point of contact for candidates: respond promptly, keep them informed and make every interaction professional and warm.
Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and track metrics such as time to hire and source of hire.
What you’ll bring:
One to two years’ experience in recruitment, HR, a recruitment agency, or a people-facing role in hospitality, F&B or wellness.
A genuine interest in the UAE hospitality, F&B and wellness sectors.
Confidence with Microsoft 365. Experience with an applicant tracking system or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At Arada, three principles guide how we work: Dynamic, Deliver and Care.
Dynamic: you bring high energy and real curiosity, learn fast and adapt quickly when priorities change.
Deliver: you take ownership, stay organised and follow through on what you commit to.
Care: you treat every candidate the way you’d want to be treated, and you handle their information with discretion.
Ready to learn: you welcome feedback, act on it, and want to grow into a Talent Acquisition Partner.
Using GenAI in Your Application Process
To support a fair and consistent experience for all candidates, we ask that assessments and interviews are completed independently and without assistance from generative AI tools. This ensures we understand your strengths, your thinking, and how you approach real situations.
